Product Design & Ownership
As Product Designer and Product Owner, I own all aspects of the design of digital products, make an impact across all aspects of company business: website, growth, operations, and home experience. I'm able to lead, manage and inspire a team multi-disciplinary designers to deliver on numerous projects defined during the annual planning exercise from concept through completion, and be accountable for project delivery. I have strong understanding of business strategy and I able to effectively bridge creative aspirations with business objectives while constantly evangelizing and championing a user-centric, online-first approach to product development. I stay up to date and drive adoption of the latest digital techniques and approaches to develop best in class products and experiences for the business.
I have 16+ years end-to-end Product Design (User Experience, User Interface, User Research) experience.
I have mentored, coached and developed a design team, preferably in a product organization were product designers are distributed into cross-functional teams.
I have preferently startup experience in agile teams who deliver at pace, not depends on company size. I have been working with products in B2B and B2C both, e-commerce also.
I'm able to work with senior stakeholders (CEO, CPO, CTO) on a daily basis and have a deep understanding of and commitment to user-centred design principles and methods.

I'm a student of great design. I've been experimenting for over a decade with new ways of creating engaging customer experiences while leveraging the best elements of traditional best practices.
I am both a strategic and visual designer. My bar for quality is extremely high and I hold those around me to that standard. I enjoy the disciplines of brand, product, and communications design and I'm cognizant of how they support one another.
I have experience developing a strong consumer brand and building that out across mobile, web, marketing, and physical products. I am an expert in the technical aspects of design and the different mediums that involve designers including digital products.

User interface design is the process of making interfaces in software or computerized devices with a focus on looks or style. It's about create designs users will find easy to use and pleasurable. UI design typically refers to graphical user interfaces but also includes others, such as voice-controlled ones.
Design management encompasses the ongoing processes, business decisions, and strategies that enable innovation and create effectively-designed products, services, communications, environments, and brands that enhance our quality of life and provide organizational success.
Strategic design is the application of future-oriented design principles in order to increase an organization's innovative and competitive qualities. Its foundations lie in the analysis of external and internal trends and data, which enables design decisions to be made on the basis of facts rather than aesthetics or intuition. As such it is regarded as an effective way to bridge innovation, research, management and design.
A design system unites product teams around a common visual language. It reduces design debt, accelerates the design process, and builds bridges between teams working in concert to bring products to life.
User research is conducted so as to understand users' characteristics, aims, and behaviors towards achieving these aims. Its purpose is to produce designs that improve their working practices and lives. User research also involves the continuous evaluation of the impact of designs on the users, not only during the design and development phase but after long-term use, too.
